<p>Es Catedr&aacute;tico Jean Monnet y co-director del Instituto de Estudios de la Integraci&oacute;n Europea del ITAM as&iacute; como investigador nacional de CONACYT, nivel II. Tiene un doctorado en ciencias pol&iacute;ticas por el Instituto de Altos Estudios de Am&eacute;rica Latina de la Universidad de Par&iacute;s III, &nbsp;un diploma de altos estudios europeos por el Colegio de Europa en Brujas, &nbsp;as&iacute; como una Licenciatura y una Maestr&iacute;a en econom&iacute;a de la Universidad de Par&iacute;s II-Panth&eacute;on-Assas.</p>

<p>Tambi&eacute;n tiene una licenciatura en letras francesas modernas de la universidad de Par&iacute;s VII-Jussieu &nbsp;y un diploma en lenguas y civilizaciones de &Aacute;frica del Este del Instituto Nacional de Lenguas y Civilizaciones Orientales (Langues&rsquo;O) de Par&iacute;s.</p>

<p>Ha publicado varios libros y numerosos art&iacute;culos principalmente sobre la Uni&oacute;n Europea y su relaci&oacute;n &nbsp;con Am&eacute;rica Latina, &nbsp;tambi&eacute;n sobre Medio Oriente y las cuestiones ling&uuml;&iacute;sticas en relaciones internacionales.</p>

<p>La Comisi&oacute;n Europea le otorg&oacute; el t&iacute;tulo de Catedr&aacute;tico Jean Monnet ad personam por su contribuci&oacute;n a los estudios europeos, as&iacute; como un m&oacute;dulo Jean Monnet de estudios europeos. Tambi&eacute;n le fue otorgada la beca Fulbright del gobierno de Estados Unidos para trabajar en la Universidad de Nueva York.</p>

<p>St&eacute;phan Sberro ha sido profesor e investigador invitado en universidades de&nbsp; Francia (Sciences Po, Paris, Institut des Hautes &Eacute;tudes de l&rsquo;Am&eacute;rique Latine y Universit&eacute; de Paris III-Sorbonne Nouvelle); de Canad&aacute; (Universit&eacute; de Montr&eacute;al and Carleton University en Ottawa); de &nbsp;Estados Unidos (New York University, NYU); de &nbsp;Israel (Universidad Hebrea de Jerusal&eacute;n) y de Nigeria (University of Nigeria, Nuskka).</p>

<p>Full time professor and presently Head of the International Studies Academic Department at Instituto Tecnol&oacute;gico Aut&oacute;nomo de M&eacute;xico (ITAM). Jean Monnet Center of European Studies professor, co-director of the Institute of European Integration Studies of the ITAM. He is level II national researcher at CONACYT.</p>

<p>He holds a doctorate in Political Science from the Institute of High Studies of Latin America of the University of Paris II and High European Studies diploma by the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium; a Master in Economics of the University of Paris II-Panth&eacute;on-Assas. He also has a bachelor in Modern French Literature from the University of Paris VII-Jussieu and a diploma in Languages and Civilizations of East Africa from the National Institute of Languages and East Civilizations of (Langues&rsquo;O) Paris. He has published many books and a large number of articles mainly about the European Union and its relations with Latin America, the Middle East and Languages within the international relations.</p>

<p>The European Comission granted him the title of Jean Monnet Professor <em>ad personam </em>due to his contribution to European Studies. Moreover he was given a three years Jean Monnet module of European Studies. He was granted a Fullbright scholarship from the United States government to work at the University of New York.</p>

<p>Stephan Sberro has been visiting professor and researcher in many universities in France (Sciences Po, Paris, Institut des Hautes &Eacute;tudes de l&rsquo;Am&eacute;rique Latine y universit&eacute; de Paris III-Sorbonne Nouvelle), Canada (Universit&eacute; de Montr&eacute;al and Carleton University in Ottawa), United States (New York University, NYU), Israel (Hebrew University in Jerusalem) and Nigeria (University of Nigeria, Nuskka).</p>
